Alicia King, DMD
Arizona has always been my home. I was born and raised in Phoenix and attended college in Tucson at the University of Arizona, where I completed my degree in Physiology. My journey through Arizona continued to Glendale, where I received my doctorate degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine. I am so excited to start my new chapter here in Northern Arizona. I love having the opportunity to give back to our communities. While in school, I was very fortunate to provide free dental care to underserved populations in different parts of Arizona. One of my favorite memories was partnering with the Special Smiles Program and providing dental exams and education for Special Olympic athletes and attendees. In my spare time, you can find me in snowboarding in Flagstaff or hiking the trails of Sedona with my big and goofy golden retriever named Cudi. Being active has always been a big part of my life. In fact, I played water polo while attending U of A as well. Bear Down! In my career as a dentist, I have advanced my skill set through continuing education. This has allowed me to provide my patients with the best in comprehensive care. I am dedicated to keeping up-to-date on the newest advancements and latest technology in dentistry. My areas of study are in all aspects of dentistry, but I am especially interested in complex restorative treatment and implant cases. It is my goal to provide each patient with an enjoyable and comfortable experience. I strive to treat each patient with the same level of compassion and care that I would give to my own friends and family. I have learned quickly that here at Verde River Dental, we are all family!
